All rental items must be returned on the agreed return date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges. Items should be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear.
You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period. Damage charges will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs. Minor wear and tear is expected and will not incur charges.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees depend on the notice period:
Full refund minus processing fee
50% refund
No refund
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Processing fees may apply.
